Introduction to the Company

BWA Group plc is an investment company originally established in 1932 whose shares are traded on the NEX exchange in London with ticker BWAP.

In September 2019 BWA acquired the whole of the issued share capital of Kings of the North Corp, a company incorporated in Canada, which owns a number of, principally gold, mining rights in Quebec and Ontario.  Full details of those rights are set out in the Circular dated 5 September 2019 which may be accessed here

BWA, through its 100% subsidiary BWA Resources (UK) Limited and an associated 21% stake in Mineralfields Group Limited, is seeking mining exploration permits for rutile sands in Cameroon.

There is also an investment in the Prego group of companies which are involved in the development, distribution and operation of payment systems aimed at foreign guest works in the EU, the Middle East and South East Asia.
