BWA Group Plc is an AQSE-listed investment company focussed on early-stage exploration projects. The company has heavy mineral sands exploration permits in Cameroon, and Canadian miming claims for nickel-copper-cobalt, and gold.
The BWA strategy is to invest in and add value to these assets to a point where they can be monetised through joint-venture, farm-out or divestment.

Cameroon
Our main exploration activity is in Cameroon, where the Company has a Mineral Resource Estimate of approximately 4.2million tonnes (mt) at a grade of 4.80% THM (total heavy minerals) in the JORC Inferred category at its Dehane 2 exploration permit.
Dehane 2 is the flagship for as portfolio of five permits, covering 1,267 kms, that are held through its 90% subsidiary, BWA Resources (UK) Ltd. The MRE includes 1.23% of VHM (valuable heavy minerals) comprising Ilmenite, Rutile, and Zircon. BWA is currently testing an Exploration Target of 4-6 mt at 1.4-1.5% Kyanite, which if successful will be incorporated into an update MRE.
Canada
In addition, BWA holds two packages of mining claims through its w100% owned Canadian subsidiary, Kings of the North Corp that the Company intends to option out. As Isoukustouc30 claims, covering 16.5 kms, which are [prospective for nickel-copper-cobalt mineralisation’s and surrounded by Rio Tinto Zinc Exploration. At Winterhouse 90 claims covering 47 kms, which are prospective for gold and straddled by Stelmine Canada, with whom preliminary discussions have been held.
