Aracari Gold

The Aracari Gold project is a portfolio of three exploration permits (Bandjoukri Ouest, Bandjoukri Centre, and Tcholliré Nord) covering approximately 1,268 km within an emerging gold district in northern Cameroon. The project lies within the Birimian/Eburnean greenstone terrane and covers >60 km strike of the deep-tapping, highly-prospective Tcholliré-Banyo Shear Zone (“TBSZ”) and associated splay structures.

BWA has a binding Option and Earn-In Agreement with Aurum Discovery Holdings Ltd and Global Acquisitions SARL to acquire a 70% interest in Aracari Resources Ltd, the holder of the Aracari Gold Project in Cameroon.
Ground truthing and reconnaissance exploration undertaken on the Aracari Gold Project during Q4 2025 returned highly encouraging results:

  • Significant sample results include 12.50 g/t Au, 9.19 g/t, and 1.89 g/t Au from 6 of 13 Areas of Interest (AOI), located along 62 km of strike length of the highly prospective Tcholliré-Banyo Shear Zone (TBSZ).
  • Multiple high-grade samples of 9.19 g/t, 1.89 g/t and 0.92 g/t Au, within Aracari’s priority Area of Interest (AOI-1), is located 6 km directly along strike on the TBSZ from Oriole Resources’ JORC-compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 870,000oz at 1.09 g/t Au for MB01 South.
  • Widespread visible gold in pan concentrates and stream sediment samples further confirm potential for mineralisation across the Aracari Gold project area.
  • Reconnaissance samples, comprising 16 rock and stream sediments, returned greater than 0.1 g/t Au across the 1,268 km 2 of exploration permits. A total of 50 samples reported gold values greater than the anomalous threshold of 15 ppb across the entire Aracari Gold project.

The Aracari Gold project covers >60 km of the highly prospective TBSZ, with significant along-strike mineralisation identified and recently explored by Oriole Resources at Mbe to the southwest and by Elemental Altus Royalties to the northeast at Laboum.

Mineral Sands

The Company has five licences covering ground situated along the Nyong (Dehane licences) and Sanaga (Nkoteng licences) rivers. It has a Mineral Resource Estimate of approximately 4.2 million tonnes at a grade of 4.8% THM (total heavy minerals) in the JORC inferred category at its Dehane 2 exploration permit

Canada

BWA holds two packages of mining claims through its Canadian subsidiary Kings of the North Corp. At Isoukustouc claims covering 16.5 kms are prospective for nickel-copper-cobalt. At Winterhouse claims are prospective for gold
